Jerome Henin
Broker
As the founder and owner of several companies involved in real
estate development and sales, Jerome Henin is adept at multi-tasking.
“I am doing everything in real estate from concept to design
to construction, financing and sales,” he says. A native
of France, Henin started his property development company, IPI
of Central Florida, Inc., to develop residential subdivisions
and light commercial. IPI, currently operating as Henin International
Services, has offices in Orlando; Paris, France; and Zurich, Switzerland.
Henin
counts more than 22 years experience in construction and development,
and has focused on projects in Orlando and the surrounding area
since 1994. Through his various companies, Henin remains involved
in all facets of the local real estate industry. In addition to
Henin International Services, he operates Henin Realty, dedicated
to real estate sales, and Henin Signature Homes, which builds
custom and production homes.

Currently,
his largest development project is Riviera Bella, a 240-acre
community located on the St. John’s River midway between
Orlando and Daytona Beach. Henin’s company received
the 2006 Parade of Homes Grand Award for Riviera Bella for
the third consecutive year. The project is divided into
two villages of production homes built by Henin Signature
Homes and Mercedes Homes, and one of custom homes by Henin
Signature Homes and Brentwood Custom Homes. In the production
line, prices start at $400,000; custom homes go up to $3
million.
